Carteret County Public Schools uses SchoolCash Online for school items and activity fees. SchoolCash Online helps our school district in many ways: parents can manage all school fees and items for their students in one location and have the convenience of a secure online payment platform, and the schools improve safety and reduce risk by minimizing cash and check payments at our schools.

Benefits to parents and schools

You will help increase efficiency and security at your school by making payments directly into your school's bank account. This limits the number of people entering the school, reduces risk of lost payments, and allows teachers and office staff to focus on helping students and not counting cash. In addition, you are automatically informed about school activities!

How to register

Registering takes less than two minutes! Visit the Registration Instructions page to learn more. After registering, simply log in to manage your student’s account.

Parents who have created an account and attached a student to their profile receive an automated notification when any item becomes available for their child. This will help reduce the amount of overdue and forgotten payments and make payments easy to track.

Big Rock Grant Updates!

Thank You, The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament, for your continued support of the schools and Carteret County community! We appreciate you, Coach Marshall and Coach Carraway, for always seeking ways to improve our school physical education and athletic programs!

Today Beaufort Middle School was awarded $84,000 to help with equipment and field upgrades. Great work Coach Marshall and Coach Carraway.

A big thank you goes out to the Big Rock Foundation as we partnered for another year of improvements around Beaufort Middle School. This year with their generous donation we were able to build a batting cage for our baseball team, a batting cage for our softball team, replace the fencing around our softball field, and purchase a new mower to help maintain our fields. Thank you for your continued support of our school and community!
